This tiny opening is all you need for us to get curious about what's happening for you, and navigate through whatever difficulties present themselves.

We all need to start from a place of safety and relational trust in order to open.  Supportive therapy should never go further than your system is ready for. Your Self knows the correct pace in which to heal, and it knows you do not have to do this alone. There is hope and there is a path towards integration and recovery. I am honored to be a witness to your journey and to meet you wherever you are.
